With a compassionate, client-centered approach, I work with adults and couples facing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and life transitions. I am a level I Gottman certified therapist and use his methods in working with couples. I am also a trauma specialist and certified in Prolonged exposure therapy in treating PTSD, trauma and phobias.
