I am knowledgeable in attachment-based and play-based therapy methods, infant and early childhood mental health, as well as treating anxiety, depression, trauma, life changes/adjustments, and supporting neurodivergence. In addition to my lived experience, I am trained and experienced in treating perinatal mood/anxiety disorders, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, and infertility.
