She also has extensive training in evidence-based treatments for Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), including Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Written Exposure Therapy. She provides therapy, psychological, ADHD, neuropsychological, disability, and pre-bariatric surgery evaluations to adolescent and adults in both Farsi and English languages.​ Dr. Khanali has extensive experience working with culturally diverse clients.
