About the Practice
My areas of strength include parenting skills, conflict resolution, integration of psychology and spirituality, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, motivational issues, PTSD and trauma interventions, transitions of aging, emotional regulation, adjustment issues, and relationship challenges. My role as a therapist is to provide an environment of safety, trust and mutual respect. I am Accelerated Resolution Therapy and EMDR trained.
