Board of Directors - United Counseling Service UCS is governed by a Board of Directors — a minimum of nine residents of Bennington County and/or Rensselaer County, New York. It is the board’s responsibility to assure that the agency provides comprehensive services to all residents in the service area, regardless of the client’s ability to pay. Much of the work of the board is done by its committees.
