It is the board’s responsibility to assure that the agency provides comprehensive services to all residents in the service area, regardless of the client’s ability to pay. Each year, the Board embarks on its Annual Fund campaign, with the goal of bringing in additional income to support UCS’s ever-expanding programs and services and help ensure ongoing access to all who need it.
