About the Practice
My Services I provide individual and couples therapy for adults who have concerns related to depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, career, body image, HIV/AIDS, lesbian/gay/bisexual/ transgender issues, and grieving. Therapy could help as a process of self-discovery, empowerment, and growth. In my therapy sessions, I promote self-determination by encouraging awareness and new skills to face problems more effectively.
