In working with trauma , I am a certified EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) therapist, and also am trained in Brain Spotting. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Tennessee and a certified Life Coach. I use evidence-based therapies and techniques that are proven to help anxiety, depression , relationships, and trauma.
