Meet Dr. Chris Quarto Attention Deficit Disorder and adult Autism Spectrum Disorder are my areas of expertise although I conduct psychological evaluations for issues such as anxiety and depression too. Individual therapy is a process in which clients work one-on-one with a sensitive and skilled psychologist to resolve school, work, personal and/or relationship problems. This is oftentimes done prior to therapy.
