I have had years of experience working with kids and adults having difficulty with stress, anxiety, depression, poor self esteem, family conflict, substance use, PTSD, anger, mood regulation, suicidal ideation, etc. MY STORY As a mental health professional, supervisor, and trainer with over 16 years of experience, I am dedicated to helping kids, adolescents, and adults navigate stages and changes in life.
