For more than 6 years, my passion has been to help others heal using evidence based holistic and complementary modalities, as well as evidence based clinical modalities such as EMDR and other techniques in order to overcome trauma, depression, anxiety, limiting beliefs, generational blocks, and adjusting to life's changes. I do not specialize in working with children on the spectrum, however, I am affirming to those who identify as neurodiverse and/or neurodivergent.
