State College Psychological Services, Inc.; Licensed Psychologists top of page Our licensed psychologists, licensed social workers and licensed professional counselors provide individual, couples and group psychotherapy for ages 14 and up. We are an out-of-network group for UnitedHealthcare (UHC) Student Resources , and can still submit claims to UHC. If you schedule with a therapist, please let them know if you have two insurances (a primary and a secondary insurance).
