Ryan's main treatment modality is EMDR therapy which helps individuals recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and panic disorders. Valerie’s scope of practice includes treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief & loss, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and related issues. Once you have made the commitment to enter counseling you will be paired with a licensed therapist who will work with you during this journey.
