About the Practice
I'm a licensed mental health counselor and I've been thoroughly enjoying practicing therapy for over 19 years. Play therapy has been shown to be effective in helping children work through behavioral difficulties, such as oppositional defiant disorder, and also lots of other stuff that's harder for children to express verbally, like depression, anxiety, and anger.
