I'm very passionate about my career and I love being able to work with people of all different backgrounds, stressors, and life challenges. I'm a strength's based therapist and I also love helping people identify and align with their values. I'm a gentle but fierce advocate for inner child healing and incorporate easy to use, evidence-based practices for daily integration.
