I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Oklahoma City with the purpose of helping individuals and families flourish in their lives. I have been a licensed practitioner since 2005 with a focus on evidenced-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Approaches and Mindfulness Techniques. I am dedicated to providing a safe, supportive and compassionate environment to promote change and growth.
