Westwood Behavioral Health Center Westwood Behavioral Health Center, Inc., a contract agency of the Tri-County Alcohol Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board, assists residents of Van Wert, Mercer and Paulding counties and is dedicated to providing appropriate mental health, prevention, alcohol and drug treatment, and recovery services in a person-centered environment.
