My goal is to work with you to explore thoughts and feelings associated with your past, present and future and provide insight into how these are impacting your daily life. Mental wellness is something we all strive for and deserve. I use a variety of practical tools and skills including the option of art therapy to teach my clients how to identify their needs and make choices they can feel proud of.
