At Home and In the Community In addition to providing services in an office setting, Harbor provides care for individuals at home and in the community. Our community based services can help with connection to additional community resources, coordination of physical and mental health, social services and benefits, advocacy in community settings, crisis prevention and access to community groups and wellness programming.
