My therapeutic approach integrates the use of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT), and various other treatment modalities in order to provide a unique approach to counseling that best meets your individual needs. I am a certified trauma therapist with Evergreen Certifications and have completed specialized training in evidence based practices used to treat complex trauma, PTSD and more.
