About the Practice
I enjoy working with women and teens (16 and older) who are experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and divorce or ending relationships. My mission is to provide therapeutic support at a pace that feels most comfortable for you. I strive to create a space that feels safe, empowering, and supportive throughout each client’s therapeutic healing journey.
