About the Practice
My approach to therapy will be uniquely adapted to your own needs, but I integrate approaches from Jungian psychology, Carl Rogers, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Existential Psychotherapy, and other approaches when working with clients. I listen deeply and have a passion for witnessing the growth that my clients make as we work together in therapy. Now offering online therapy via telehealth  for new & existing clients in North Carolina.
