Mind Body Strength About Me I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York State, as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor, with a B.S. I continue to work with adults and teens with various levels of anxiety and stress, as stress has unfortunately become an expectation of our lives from school, to work, to our personal lives.
