If we decide to make art during sessions, I will offer materials that I intuitively feel could help you in areas such as self-expression, grounding, anxiety management, self-understanding, and emotional regulation. I also help people understand and cope with stress, anxiety, and depression. My clinical experiences include intensive home-based family therapy, school-based psychotherapy, community outpatient psychotherapy/art therapy and private practice.
