About the Practice
I also utilize my training in EMDR therapy to help both children and adults process and resolve disturbing traumatic memories so that they can move forward in their lives. I am trained in EMDR therapy and can provide trauma reprocessing as a tool for helping clients overcome the current issues they are experiencing due to disturbing memories. My goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel understood and encouraged as they move toward growth and healing.
