What is it exactly that drives our thoughts, behaviors and feelings? While this question is a hard one, one that may seem unanswerable, it is my curiosity and drive to answer this question that has fostered my passion for therapy. Therapy, although seemingly scary, intimidating, and overwhelming at first, can lead to change, growth, and high satisfaction, when individuals are willing to look at themselves in a new light. I am a New York State and Connecticut Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a trained psychotherapist.
