Initial visit with prescriber Our first visit includes a detailed, comprehensive initial psychiatric evaluation where your provider will ask many questions and use clinical assessment skills to identify problem areas and recommend an individualized treatment plan. Your provider will help you to evaluate and monitor your progress, track improvement of symptoms, establish new goals, and discuss any side effects or questions you have about your treatment.
