Long Island Families Together

LIFT Long Island Families Together (LIFT) was established in 1994 to advocate for families and amplify their voices within the public children’s mental health systems of Nassau and Suffolk Counties. We are a parent/caregiver -governed, youth-guided 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization founded to raise awareness about accessible children’s mental health services on Long Island.
