About the Practice
Groups Our Treatment Options Empower Health Center offers individuals, couples, and group psychotherapy including DBT and Psychodrama groups for men and women. She also ran a small private practice where she specialized in working with adults who had trauma histories, struggled in relationships, with depression and anxiety. She is a graduate of Monmouth University, who has many years of experience and training in various areas of mental health, and specializes in DBT and Trauma therapy.
