Over the past 24 years, she has received training from the late Albert Ellis, participated in group therapy and case conferences with Dan Minuchin, and earned certifications as a First Responder Counselor, a First Responder Treatment Provider through the International Trauma Training Institute, a Breathwork Trainer, and in Mindfulness Therapy. As a certified breathwork teacher and in treating intense trauma, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience.
