Our goal is to take the time to hear their story, remember the importance of their spirituality in the sense of how they connect and define their purpose, and work in collaboration with the provider community for the best possible outcomes. Our second goal was to create a space where providers are free to give the powerful and meaningful care that first drew them to the profession, gone are the quotas.
