About the Practice
I work with adults trying to adjust to life changes or who may be struggling with trauma, relationships, anxiety, depression, and balancing wellness with daily demands. I worked in an outpatient setting providing general counseling services, group therapy, and substance abuse counseling before opening my private practice. I found my passion helping others meet their personal goals to live their best lives, and I went on to complete my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
