Additionally, I use hypnosis and hypnotherapy in treating ADD, anxiety/fears, relaxation techniques, and breaking destructive/compulsive/addictive habits or behaviors. Over the last few years, I have incorporated the use of pet-assisted therapy in my practice (when appropriate), which has proven to be wildly successful, most especially for clients with a history of trauma/anxiety/trust issues.
