About the Practice
My therapy sessions are a collaborative effort where I and the client try to change the client's thoughts, behavior, or interpersonal approach to relationships, in order to feel better and engage with life more effectively. In addition to my private practice, I'm an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Gordon College. Depending on clients' needs and preferences, I draw on techniques and perspectives from all these approaches.
