Anxiety, depression, chronic physical/emotional conditions, stress management, work/life balance, marital stressors - communication, finances, parenting - are areas to be explored. Modalities include internal family systems, emotionally focused therapy, evidenced based couples therapy and multicultural/ethnic and social issue perspectives.
