Seasons Promise PLLC

Seasons Promise is a counseling practice dedicated to bringing evidence-based therapy into more people’s lives through Therapist Training, Educator and Workplace Workshops, Individual and Group Therapy, and Consultation. Seasons Promise founder Heather Toulmin, LCMHC specializes in trauma and attachment disorders, autism spectrum and nonverbal learning disabilities, and the anxiety and anger that are often associated with overcoming these challenges.
