I have been licensed as a professional counselor since 2015, and have been successfully guiding clients throughout Kentucky to facilitate their self-growth since then. I enjoy meeting with clients to assist them with problems associated with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and life stressors, as well as those with PTSD and trauma histories. I also teach techniques to better manage the emotional stress of everyday life.
