Kentucky Physicians Health Foundation

Who We Are The Kentucky Physicians Health Foundation is a 501(c)(3), whose mission is the identification, evaluation, treatment, reentry and advocacy for professionals licensed by the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure. We provide support for physicians, physician's assistants, surgical technicians, genetic counselors and athletic trainers. We recognize the unique challenges of treating these issues in our profession.
