About the Practice
My goal as a therapist is to offer compassionate, nonjudgmental, and supportive therapeutic services to help you achieve your goals within a safe environment. I utilize a multi-technique approach; combining techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Emotional Focused Therapy. During my studies I worked as a clinical intern for Safehome serving individuals, families and children victims of domestic violence.
