My therapy practice, Dahlia Trauma & Wellness Center, focuses on treating individuals and couples with complex trauma-related stressors/PTSD, Narcissistic and Borderline Personality Disorders, narcissistic injury, depression, anxiety, addiction, and attachment issues. I received my Level I & Level II EMDR trauma treatment training through the EMDR Institute & have been practicing EMDR since 2012. I am trained in Brainspotting as additional treatments for complex trauma-related issues.
