At Juniper counseling we offer a customized approach that utilizes a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), simple trauma and complex trauma, and Interpersonal Reconstructive therapy. To achieve this, I provide a neutral safe space, listen to your concerns, and customize a treatment plan that's specific to you.
