About the Practice
I decided to become a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) to advocate for people with mental health illness. Exercise has been a mainstay of my daily personal life through running, cycling, weight training and yoga, which are constant sources of stress relief, renewed energy and relaxation. I always recommend exercise to my patients to help relieve their stress and as a coping mechanism.
