About the Practice
I specialize in working with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use, ADHD, anger, self esteem, grief and loss, relationship issues, parental mental health, and life changes/transitions. As your therapist, I will provide a safe space for personal growth and self exploration. My goal in therapy is to help you build awareness and engage in self exploration while navigating life's challenges in order to feel competent and capable.
