Ħ History of Service Since its inception, the Foundation has been a leader in providing community based day habilitation for adults with developmental disabilities in Georgia. For twelve years, FEA has opened its doors Mondays – Fridays offering life skills to pre- vocational programs including specialized training in its day program to provide support for a population that has now grown to over eighty (80) individuals 18-60 years of age.
