My Approach As an interactive, solution-focused therapist specializing in individual counseling, my treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients address current life challenges and long-standing issues. I then got licensed as a Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida (LMHC) and later earned a National Certified Counselor designation (NCC).
