About the Practice

My Trauma Therapy Program utilizes evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Narrative Therapy, mindfulness and other methodologies that assist in addressing various aspects of trauma.
