In my practice, I provide a warm and safe space for healing and growth. I work with adolescents and adults across the lifespan dealing with anxiety, depression, adjustments to significant life changes, relationship struggles, divorce, grief, and trauma. I also provide support for individuals and families coping with neurological trauma and disease.
