My compassionate therapeutic approach is based on my prior experience as a primary therapist in a leading partial hospitalization program for young adults (Newport Academy) and a nonprofit dedicated to supporting victims of domestic abuse (Jewish Coalition Against Domestic Abuse). I specialize in helping teenagers, and people of all ages, navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, self-harm, and suicidal ideation in a safe and accepting environment.
