Rebecca Elman, Boca Raton Psychologist, Gifted Testing, ADHD Dr. Rebecca Elman is a Florida Licensed Psychologist serving primarily Palm Beach and Broward Counties. She specializes in conducting psychoeducational evaluations to identify intellectual giftedness, as well as reasons why a child may be encountering difficulties in school. Dr. Elman also evaluates students to determine whether they qualify for testing accommodations on college and graduate exams, such as the ACT, SAT, MCAT, GRE, and LSAT.
