About the Practice
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Hypnotherapist, an EFT Tapping Therapist and an EMDR Therapist. Telehealth sessions are now an option for my mental health counseling clients. I call it the "button remover." EFT EFT (Emotional Freedom Therapy) also known as “Tapping,” is a brain based technique that works by stimulating energy points on the surface of the skin.
